Who We Are  //   Pat Slade - Civil Technician/ Civil Design Section

Trivia question: Who is the only staff member at The Brannon Corporation who was on the fencing team in high school?  Well, if you guessed Pat you would be right.  Pat joined the firm in 1998 after completing almost twelve years with the City of Tyler Engineering Department and, prior to that, four years in a consulting engineering firm.  She has been in the Tyler area since 1984.

Pat decided to tour the state after graduating from Aldine High School in Houston by doing classroom time at Odessa College, San Jacinto College in Pasadena and Tyler Junior College.  She holds an Associates Degree in Engineering Drafting from San Jacinto.

Pat loves gardening and mosaic tiling but her real passion is animals. Besides owning two dogs (Buddy and Rosie) she hosts two cats (one does not own cats actually) named Buster and Tutti.   Besides, she feeds every wild bird and animal that comes around to her home. Her husband Wesley does not seem to mind but that's got to be expensive.

As a civil technician, Pat puts her CAD training in practice as she assists staff engineers in all types of public works engineering for cities, in the design of site improvements for major commercial developments and in the design of residential subdivisions.

Professional engineers for The Brannon Corporation are currently registered to practice in
AR, CO, FL, GA, LA, MO, MS, NE, NM, OK, and TX and have reciprocity to secure licensing in most other states.
