Who We Are  //   Rea S. Boudreaux, PE

Rea, an assistant city engineer for the City of Tyler, Texas from 1982 to 1993, joined The Brannon Corporation in 1993 as project manager.  His primary duties include coordination and supervision of the engineering of commercial and residential developments including shopping centers, national chain stores, apartments and single family projects.  In his capacity as Project Manager, he takes projects from the land planning and zoning stages all the way through construction completion serving as liaison between the owner and the construction contractors.

Because development today can be a sea of red tape, Rea must keep current in local, state and federal regulations including wetlands preservation, floodplain management, erosion control, and zoning controls just to name a few.

Rea graduated from Texas A & M University with a baccalaureate degree in Civil Engineering in 1982 before beginning his career at the City of Tyler. He was licensed to practice engineering in Texas in 1987 and he was awarded a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1991.

Rea is now a principal in the firm and a vice president.

His outside interests include his wife Sharon  and son Asher and model railroading.

Professional engineers for The Brannon Corporation are currently registered to practice in
AR, CO, FL, GA, LA, MO, MS, NE, NM, OK, and TX and have reciprocity to secure licensing in most other states.
