Stonegate Residential Development - Tyler, Texas

Working with Joseph Z. Ornelas, we are pleased to announce the development of Stonegate, a gated subdivision in Tyler, Texas. Built around an existing 15 acre lake in the south Tyler, Stonegate consists of 85 restricted homesites ranging in size from 3/4 acres to 3 acres. Besides the use of the lake, Stonegate includes the construction of an internal walking, picnic/recreation area and generous greenbelts around the perimeter.
