Once in a lifetime you may be fortunate enough to build a company from scratch and be your own boss. You get to clean windows and carry out the trash, too, but you also get to hire the people you want and do the kinds of projects you choose to do. Its been my thrill for thirty years now.

In 1977, Thomas E. Barber and I started this company on a shoestring and a literal prayer, driving a pair of matching Toyota lift-back sedans about 100,000 miles a year! Since that time, and continuing on after Tom’s retirement in 1985, we have been indeed blessed to create a company with not only outstanding skills but high ethical standards to boot. We have made it our mission to deliver professional engineering services for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion.

We have personnel with well over two hundred years experience in civil engineering for property developments, airports, public works, parks and recreation projects, and aquatics.
